My birthday is later this month, but I make it a habit to celebrate all month long. One way I like to celebrate is by doing a give away. This month I will post several giveaways, the first is a pack of 25 batik fat quarters along with a crazy nine patch pattern. The fabrics are all in blue,green, mauve, and lavender. If you are interested in winning, leave a comment telling how you celebrate your birthday. For an additional entry make a post on your blog, and for a third chance become a follower. Wishing you a Happy Birthday!! Mine lands on the first day of the year, so there is always a celebration but usually my sister has the family over for a delicious meal and always an awesome cake!! I just love batiks - thanks for having this giveaway!!

On my birthday, I really really enjoy being able to kick back and allow my husband and daughters to take control of the day--not only the doing, but the planning as well!

My birthday month is April. I love to celebrate by sewing, sewing, sewing and passing on warm hugs (quilts) for children, especially, who need them. I LOVE the way you celebrate the whole month! Isn't it fun to surprise someone with a quilt you made?? We were going to do our charity quilting at our rural church all day today but it was so stormy and cold that I got within a mile of the church and had to give up and come home! Nearly got stuck in a snow drift!

February is my birthday month too! At this age, I tend to prefer a quiet celebration-- dinner and cake with my immediate family.
