It's my birthday

New Color, Shrimp
It is that time again.  Where do the years go?  I don't feel my age, I feel so much younger, ( not that I am old) but as my DH says I can't put off getting older.  Guess not.  To celebrate my birthday you can win two different woolie bullies (charm packs)  from Pig in a Blanket Wools.  Just make a comment about why you like working with wool and your favorite pattern and I will  pick one person at random to receive two woolie bullie packs.  One red, and one pink in honor of the Valentine season. Winner will be announced on February 15th, one week from today.

Wool, what's not to love about wool. I've been doing wool applique for many years, and since I love wool so much I now hook rugs, You can never have enough wool. Pink is lacking in my stash so I'd love to win.

Wool is perfect for appliqués and I love the textures. I don't have a lot in my stash and I suppose you could say that I am hoarding it but in my defence I can only admit that I use it for very special projects and gifts!! Thanks for celebrating your birthday with this awesome giveaway!!

Wool is my favorite because it is so simple to use. Just a little perle cotton and it is sewn down in nothing flat. I can't possibly pick one pattern--but those pinks are calling to me to make something with flowers for spring!

Wool...ahhh sweet wool!! I mean really, what's not to love! It comes from the cutest lambs and it's soft to the touch, easy to stitch and looks wonderful and rich in any and every quilt! Pattern?...youzers! Which one to pick...how about Settler's Pride by Maggie B! Love it!
Have the best birthday EVER!

I have just started on using wool and just love it. I do a lot of JoMorton patterns and have been using for flowers and veins.

Happy Birthday dear friend! Working with wool....just love it. I find I work with it more in the wintertime and love to see wool hand dyed to bring out interesting color adaptations. I have been playing around with using wool as flowers in baskets...just love the dimensional aspect of it!! Have a great day!!
